PRICING

As Your Agent, I will help you in determining a value for your property.  I will research the recent “Sold Listings” most comparable to yours and take into consideration the “Active Listings” that would compete for buyers.  I will provide you with data sheets confirming sale prices.  Each property is unique.  Together, we will make value adjustments based on topography, location, views and conditions. 

In the event that you delay marketing of your property for several months, we would revisit these values in consideration of the economy and the local real estate market.

We have two offices serving the community.  Our new Mendocino home is located in the restored historic “Green House” on Ukiah Street. This location in the heart of the extraordinary Mendocino Village is a well traveled and highly visible, inviting location where purchasers can view pictures and information on your property.

Coast Real Estate publishes a color catalog with all of our listings and a map of the area, which is distributed to every walk-in, internet and call-in inquiry for real estate.

Color 2 page brochures are produced and printed on all of our listings.

A photo display of each listing will be prominently displayed in our office gallery.

International and local toll free numbers are included in all of our advertising.

Our Anderson Valley office is adjacent to the Floodgate Store along Highway 128.  The flow of clients between the vineyard areas in the Sun Belt and coastal areas benefits sellers in both areas. 

 

The Coast Real Estate office is open 7 days a week.  We are fully staffed with 6 full time and 5 part time real estate agents.

Multiple Listing Services

In Mendocino County there are two cooperative organizations composed of real estate brokers and agents.  Unlike most agents on the Mendocino Coast, I have the advantage of being a member of both MLS’s which means that virtually every agent in the county will have access to the listing and can show and sell it.  Belonging to the two Multiple Listing Services also insures that a Sellers property will receive maximum exposure. 

After I analyze your properties selling points, I will compile a comprehensive plan detailing all the efforts I will employ to sell your home.

The World Wide Web has created a frequently viewed window into the real estate market place and a strong source of potential buyers.  In addition to a full pictorial presentation of your property on this site, you will be feature on three additional dynamic Internet sites plus links to many more.

As a member of Realtor.com your home will have enhanced features on that site.
